POISONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 6) 1995

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations

(No. 6) 1995.

Regulation 2 amended

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

2.      Regulation 2 of the Poisons Regulations 1965* is amended in the

definition of "SUSDP" —

(a)	by deleting "and "at the end of paragraph (b);
(b)	by inserting at the end of the definition the following —

and

(d) as amended by AMENDMENT NO. 4 adopted on the recommendation of the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee as effective on 1 July 1995;
