POISONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 6) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations

(No. 6) 1994.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Poisons Regulations 1965* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 33B amended

3.      Regulation 33B (2a) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

the subregulation designation "(2a)and substituting the subregulation	designation "(2)".
Appendix A amended
4. Appendix A to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in Form 3 by inserting the following after the word "premises" —

known as

(name of pharmacy) and

(b) in Form 3A by inserting the following after the words "at

premises" —

a

known as and

(name of pharmacy) ”

Appendix J amended

5. Appendix J to the principal regulations is amended by deleting the item

commencing "ASTEMIZOLE".
