POISONS AMENDMENT REGUIAMONS (No. 4) 1985

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

l. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regzrlations

(No. 4) 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1995.

S. In these regulations the Poisons Regulations 1965* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 12 amended

4.      Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is amended -

(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting " together with the appropriate

fee prescribed in Appendix G"; and

(b) by inserting after subregulation (2) the following subregulation -

licence or permit under these regulations to a (3) The Commissioner of Health shall issue a

successful applicant on1 after the appropriate fee,

prescribed in Appendix d is paid. n
