POISONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 1995.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 June 1995.

Regulation 2 amended

3. Regulation 2 of the Poisons Regulations 1965* is amended in the
definition of "SUSDP" —

(b) after paragraph (b) by adding the following —

and

(b) as amended by AMENDMENT NO. 3 adopted on the recommendation of the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee as effective on 1 June 1995;
