Poisons Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Poisons Act 1971 .4 August 2015

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Poisons Regulations 2008 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 4 amended (Specified psychotropic substances) Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting item 1 ; (b) by inserting the following item after item 3 : 3A.   AOD-9604 (CAS No.221231-10-3). (c) by inserting the following item after item 18 : 18A.   CJC-1295 (CAS No.863288-34-0). (d) by omitting item 39A and substituting the following items: 39A.   Growth hormone-releasing hormones (GHRHs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List (S4). 39B.   Growth hormone-releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6). 39C.   Growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List (S4). 39D.   Growth hormone-releasing secretagogues (GHSs), including those separately specified in Schedule 4 to the Poisons List (S4). 39E.   Hexarelin. 39F.   Insulin-like growth factors. 39G.   Ipamorelin. (e) by inserting the following item after item 62 : 62A.   Pralmorelin (growth hormone-releasing peptide-2) (GHRP-2).
