Poisons Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Poisons Amendment Regulations

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Poisons

Regulations 1965*.
[ Reprint 8 as at 5 May 2006.1

Regulations 51GAH and 51GB amended

Regulations 5 1GAH(3) and 5 1GB(4) are amended by deleting
"Commissioner" in the second place where it occurs and
inserting instead -

" CEO "

4.            Various references to Commissioner of health changed to CEO

Each provision listed in the Table to this regulation is amended by deleting "Commissioner of Health" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead -

" CEO ".
