POISONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1995.

Regulation 2 amended

2. Regulation 2 of the Poisons Regulations 1965* is amended by deleting
the definition of "SUSDP" and substituting the following definition —

"SUSDP" means the STANDARD FOR THE UNIFORM SCHEDULING OF DRUGS AND POISONS NO. 9 issued by the Australian Health Ministers' Advisory Council, adopted on the recommendation of the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee and published by the Australian Government Publishing Service, Canberra —

(a)	as amended by AMENDMENT NO. 1 adopted on the recommendation of the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee as effective on 18 December 1994; and
(b)	as amended by AMENDMENT NO. 2 adopted on the recommendation of the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee as effective on 22 March 1995;
