POISONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1991.

Various forms amended

2.    The Poisons Regulations 1965* are amended in Appendix A by deleting

"Chief executive officer of the department" wherever it occurs in the forms
referred to in the Table to this regulation.
