I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Poisons Act 1971 .24 May 2021

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations 2021. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Poisons Regulations 2018 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Poisons Regulations 2018. 5The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Poisons Regulations 2018.
