Poisons Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment
Regulations 2002.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Poisons
Regulations 1965*.

Regulation 53A amended “ Oxycodone ”.

4.             Regulation 56A amended

Regulation 56A(2) is repealed and the following subregulation is inserted instead —

“

(2) A poison included in Schedule 8 in the form of a
suppository shall not be included in the assessment of
the amount under subregulation (1).

”.
