Poisons Amendment Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Poisons Act 1971 .26 March 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Poisons Regulations 1975 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule V amended (Specified psychotropic substances)Schedule V to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by inserting "and androgenic" in item 2 after "Anabolic"; (b) by inserting the following item after item 54: 54A.   Somatropin (human growth hormone).
