POISONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment

Regulations 1996.

Regulation 2 amended

2.      Regulation 2 of the Poisons Regulations 1965* is amended by deleting

the definition of "SUSDP" and substituting the following definition —

"

"SUSDP" means the STANDARD FOR THE UNIFORM SCHEDULING OF DRUGS AND POISONS NO. 10 issued by the Australian Health Ministers' Advisory Council, adopted on the recommendation of the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee and published by the Australian Government Publishing Service, Canberra, as amended by AMENDMENT NO. 1 adopted on the recommendation of the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee as effective on 22 December 1995. tt
