s1 2 s3 Poisons Amendment (No. 3) No. 196, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Poisons Regulation 1973 . ˙ Amendment of s A2.01 (Standard to be adopted) 3. Section A2.01— insert— ‘ (5) Amendments No. 2 and No. 3 of the relevant edition take effect for the purposes of this regulation on 1 July 1994.’. ENDNOTES 1.
