2 Poisons Amendment (No. 1) No. 20, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Poisons Regulation 1973 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.A2 (Adoption of Standard) 3. Section A2.01(b)— omit, insert— ‘ (b) Edition No. 7 * of the Standard, as published in 1992, takes effect for the purposes of this regulation on the day on which this paragraph commences, and any subsequent edition of the Standard, and any amendment to Edition No. 7 or any subsequent edition, take effect for the purposes of this regulation on a day fixed by notice by the Chief Health Officer. ’.
