I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Poisons Act 1971 .28 October 2002

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment (Optometrists) Regulations (No. 2) 2002 . 2CommencementThese regulations are taken to have taken effect on the day on which the Poisons Amendment (Optometrists) Regulations 2002 took effect. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Poisons Amendment (Optometrists) Regulations 2002 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4 amended (Regulation 2 amended (Interpretation)) Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Regulation 3" and substituting "Regulation 2".
