An Act to amend the Poisons Act 1971 and to make consequential amendments to the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Act 1968
[Royal Assent 24 June 2009]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
