2 Poisons (Adoption of Standard) (No. 3) No. 289, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Poisons (Adoption of Standard) Notice (No. 3) 1993 . ˙ Amendments of Standard adopted 2.(1) For the purposes of section A2.01(b) of the Poisons Regulation 1973 , amendment No. 3 of Edition No. 7 of the Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Drugs and Poisons takes effect on 12 September 1993. (2) For the purposes of section A2.01(b) of the Poisons Regulation 1973 , amendment No. 4 of Edition No. 7 of the Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Drugs and Poisons takes effect as follows— (a) Part A—on 23 December 1993; (b) Part B—on 30 July 1993; (c) Part C—on 30 July 1993.
