POISONS ACT 1966 - REGULATION
(Relating to application and licence fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive
Council, and in pursuance of the Poisons Act 1966, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 30 September 1990.
Amendments
2. The Poisons Regulations are amended:
| (a) | by omitting from Regulations 4 (3) (b) and 5 (3) the matter |
| "$35" wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter "$40"; | |
| (b) | by omitting from Regulation 49 (3) (a) and 51 (3) (b) the matter |
| "$30" wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter "$35"; | |
| (c) | by omitting from Regulation 49 (3) (b) the matter "$275" and by inserting instead the matter "$315"; |
| (d) | by omitting from Regulation 51 (3) (c) the matter "$135" and by inserting instead the matter "$155". |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Poisons Regulations so as to
increase the application fees payable for licences to supply substances specified in Schedule 2 of the Poisons List, annual fees for those licences, fees payable for licences to supply drugs of addiction and fees payable for licences to manufacture and supply such drugs.
