2 Podiatry Amendment (No. 1) No. 506, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Podiatry Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This by-law commences on 1 January 1994. ˙ Amended by-law 3. The Podiatry By-law 1988 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Insertion of new ss.15A and 15B 4. After section 15— insert— ˙ ‘Application for registration ‘15A.(1) An application for registration or provisional registration must be accompanied by the application fee and annual licence fee. ‘(2) If an applicant is not granted registration by the Board, the Board must refund the annual licence fee to the applicant. ‘(3) If a podiatrist is first registered in December in any year, the annual licence fee for the following year is waived. ˙ ‘Application to restore name to register ‘15B.(1) An application to restore a name to the register must be accompanied by— (a) the fee for restoration of a name to the register; and (b) if the annual licence fee for the current year has not been paid—the fee. ‘(2) If the applicant’s name is not restored to the register, the Board must refund the annual licence fee to the applicant. ’.
