Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 85 Podiatrists Act 1969 Department of Health Brisbane, 19th September, 1991 His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and under the Podiatrists Act 1969 , has been pleased to approve the following by-laws made by the Podiatrists Board of Queensland. The Podiatry By-laws 1988 are amended in the Second Schedule in item 1, item 2 and item 3 by, in each case, omitting the expression “40.00’’ and substituting the expression “60.00’’.
