Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Podiatrists Registration Act 1995 .18 September 2006

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2006 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 November 2006. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 and substituting:
