Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Podiatrists Registration Act 1995 .15 November 2004

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Podiatrists Registration (Fees) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 and substituting:

1.  Application for registration Section 20(1)(c) $140

2.  Annual registration fee Sections 20(1)(c) , 36(2)(a) and 39(1) $280

3.  Late fee Section 36(3) $56

4.  Restoration fee Section 39(1) $140
