Podiatrists Registration Act 1984

The amendments in these rules are to the Podiatrists
Registration Rules 1985*.

Podiatrists Registration Amendment Rules 2002

Made by the Podiatrists Registration Board and approved by the
Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These rules may be cited as the Podiatrists Registration
Amendment Rules 2002.

2.            The rules amended

3.            Rule 44 amended

Rule 44(1) is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and inserting the following paragraphs instead

(a) the chairman is to be paid —

(i)     if the meeting takes 4 hours or longer, $323.00; or

(ii)     if the meeting takes less than 4 hours, $213.00;

and

(b) each other member is to be paid —

(i)     if the meeting takes 4 hours or longer. $215.00; or

(ii)     if the meeting takes less than 4 hours, $142.00.

4.            Rule 45 amended

Rule 45 is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and inserting the following paragraphs instead

(a) in the case of the chairman —

(i)     if the enquiry sits for 4 hours or longer on that day, $323.00; or

(ii)     if the enquiry sits for less than 4 hours on that day, $213.00;

and

(b) in the case of each other member —

(i)

if the enquiry sits for 4 hours or longer

on that day, $215.00; or

(ii)     if the enquiry sits for less than 4 hours on that day, $142.00.
