PODIATRISTS ACT 1989 NO. 23 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Podiatrists Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 1990 as the day on which that Act (Part 1, section 37 and Schedule 3 excepted) commences.
