s1 2 s3 Plumbing and Drainage (Postponement) Regulation No. 273, 2003 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plumbing and Drainage (Postponement) Regulation 2003 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, s 173 (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 13 December 2004. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law ” means the PlumbingandDrainageAct 2002 , section 173, to the extent it inserts new section 30A. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 15 December 2004.
