His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase the fees payable under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011 in respect of plumbing and drainage work inspections carried out by the plumbing regulator (being the Commissioner for Fair Trading, Department of Finance and Services).

The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index (rounded sections 12 (3), 13 (2) and 52 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Plumbing and Drainage Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
