Plumbing Amendment Regulations 2001

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Building and Plumbing Regulations Board, make the following regulations under section 16 of the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993 .30 July 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Plumbing Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Plumbing Regulations 1994 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 3 amended (Substances excluded from sewers)Item 2 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "within the definition of" and substituting ", other than in accordance with".
