Building Act 1993

Plumbing Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2013

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Plumbing Regulations 2008 to increase certain fees payable under Part 12A of the Building Act 1993.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 221ZZZV of the Building Act 1993.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2013.

4Price of compliance certificate form

In regulation 45 of the Plumbing Regulations 2008[1] for "$30.49" substitute "$31.25".

5Schedule 4 substituted

For Schedule 4 to the Plumbing Regulations 2008 substitute—

7	For a temporary licence under section 221W of the Act	$68.03
8	For temporary registration under section 221W of the Act	$27.42
9	For a late renewal under section 221ZE of the Act	$68.03
10	For a duplicate licence or registration document under section 221Y of the Act	$27.42
11	For an application for a declaration modifying the plumbing regulations under section 221ZZO of the Act	$103.12
12	For a practical examination conducted by, or on behalf of, the Authority	$150.40
13	For a theory examination conducted by, or on behalf of, the Authority	$54.85
