Regulations

I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Plumbers. Drainers and Gasfitters Board Ordinance 1982.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Plumbers, Drainers and Gasfitters

Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, "the Ordinance" means the Plumbers, Drainers

and Gasfitters Board Ordinance 1982.

(a)	in relation to an application for the issue of a journeyman plumber's licence, an operative drainer's licence, a Class A or Class B restricted liquefied petroleum gasfitter's licence or a journeyman gasfitter's licence—$10; and
(b)	in relation to an application for the issue of a licence other than a
licence referred to in paragraph (a) — $20.

Fee—certificates of competency

3. The prescribed fee for the purpose of sub-section 24 (2) of the

Ordinance is $20.

4. The prescribed fee for the purpose of sub-section 25 (2) of the

Ordinance is—
Fee—renewal of registration

5. The prescribed fee for the purposes of sub-section 29 (2) of the

Ordinance is—

(a)	in relation to the renewal of a journeyman plumber's licence, an operative drainer's licence, a Class A or Class B restricted liquefied petroleum gasfitter's licence or a journeyman gasfitter's licence $10; and
(b)	in relation to the renewal of a licence other than a licence referred to in paragraph (a)—$20.

Fee—inspection of Register

6. The prescribed fee for inspecting, or obtaining a copy of, an entry in the

Register is S1.
