s1 2 s3 Plant Protection (Papaya Fruit Fly) Quarantine No. 292, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection (Papaya Fruit Fly) Quarantine Regulation 1995 . ˙ Pest quarantine area 2. The area within 20 km of the General Post Office, 13 Grafton Street, Cairns is declared to be a pest quarantine area. ˙ Nature of quarantine 3.(1) A person must not take fruit out of the pest quarantine area. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to fruit taken out of the pest quarantine area with an inspector’s written approval.
