s1 2 s2 Plant Protection (Lettuce Aphid) Notice 2004 No. 33, 2004 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Plant Protection (Lettuce Aphid) Notice 2004 . 1 2 Pest declaration—Act, s 4(2) (1) Lettuce aphid is declared to be a pest for the Act.
