Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 17 (Definitions for pt 1) (1) Section 17, definitions banana plant pest and pest quarantine area — omit . (2) Section 17— insert— banana freckle means freckle disease of banana, associated with either of the following genera of fungi that are pathogenic to plants or bananas— (a) Guignardia spp.; (b) Phyllosticta spp., other than Phyllosticta maculata M.H.
