Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of sch 10 (Pest quarantine areas for pests of sugarcane plants) Schedule 10, section 2— omit, insert— ‘2 Coen to Cardwell pest quarantine area ‘The Coen to Cardwell pest quarantine area consists of the area of Queensland— (a) south of latitude 13º45' south; and (b) north of latitude 18º19.7' south. Editor’s note — Latitude 18º19.7' south passes near Cardwell. ‘2A Cardwell to Townsville pest quarantine area ‘The Cardwell to Townsville pest quarantine area consists of the area of Queensland— (a) south of latitude 18º19.7' south; and (b) north of latitude 19º15' south.
