s1 2 s6 Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2004 No. 232, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 131E (Definitions for pt 17B) Section 131E, definition authorised person — omit, insert — ‘ authorised person means a person authorised by the chief executive to act as an authorised person under this part.’. 4 Amendment of s 131K (Obligation to keep relevant business document—movements within Queensland) Section 131K(2) and (3), ‘1 year’— omit, insert — ‘7 years’. 5 Amendment of s 131L (Obligation to keep relevant business document—movements into Queensland) Section 131L(2), ‘1 year’— omit, insert — ‘7 years’. 6 Amendment of s 131M (Obligation of land owner to allow surveillance) (1) Section 131M(1), after ‘allow an inspector’— insert — ‘or authorised person’.
