s1 2 s3 Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2003 No. 303, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002 . 3 Amendment of s 34 (Banana yellow Sigatoka and leaf speckle) Section 34(4), definition “infested leaf”, from ‘showing’— omit, insert — ‘showing— (a) if the banana plant is grown on land in the northern pest quarantine area 1 —on more than 5% of the leaf; or (b) if the banana plant is grown on land in any other pest quarantine area— (i) at any time between 1 November and 31 May—on more than 15% of the leaf; or (ii) at any time between 1 June and 31 October—on more than 30% of the leaf.’.
