s1 2 s3 Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2003 No. 303, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002 . 3 Amendment of s 34 (Banana yellow Sigatoka and leaf speckle) Section 34(4), definition “infested leaf”, from ‘showing’— omit, insert ‘showing— (a) if the banana plant is grown on land in the northern pest quarantine area 1 —on more than 5% of the leaf; or (b) if the banana plant is grown on land in any other pest quarantine area— (i) at any time between 1 November and 31 May—on more than 15% of the leaf; or (ii) at any time between 1 June and 31 October—on more than 30% of the leaf.’.
