Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 64B (Definitions for div 6) (1) Section 64B, definition scheme period , ‘of 8 weeks’— omit . (2) Section 64B, definition scheme period , after ‘section’— insert — ‘and finishing at the end of 24 June 2008’.
