s1 2 s5 Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2007 No. 258, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 21 (Restriction on introducing banana plants) (1) Section 21(1)(c)— omit, insert— ‘(c) is accompanied by an inspector’s certificate, or assurance certificate, stating the plant is free from banana bunchy top, banana streak and cucumber mosaic; and’. (2) Section 21(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) In this section— banana plantlet means a banana plant that has been grown in a tissue culture medium in a closed container.’. 4 Omission of ch 3, pt 17 (Mango leaf gall midge) Chapter 3, part 17— omit. 5 Amendment of sch 12 (Cape York Peninsula targeted pests) Schedule 12, part 1, under the heading Insects and mites— insert— ‘mango leaf gall midge Procontarinia spp.’.
