s1 2 s3 Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2001 No. 186, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 1990. 3 Insertion of new pt 5B After section 18R— insert— ‘PART 5B—TROPICAL FIRE ANT ‘18S Notifiable pest declaration ‘The pest tropical fire ant ( Solenopsis geminata (Fabricius)) is declared to be a notifiable pest for section 12(1) of the Act.’.
