Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002. 3 Omission of s 32 (Fusarium wilt of banana, race 1, race 2 or subtropical race 4) Section 32— omit . 4 Amendment of s 36 (Treating regrowth) Section 36(1), ‘, 32’— omit . 5 Amendment of s 55 (Person carrying on certain commercial activity in restricted area must have approved risk management plan) Section 55— insert — (3) However, this section does not apply to a person if— (a) for the movement of a restricted item mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—the person obtains an inspector’s approval under section 53 before carrying out the movement; or (b) for the movement of a restricted item mentioned in subsection (1)(b)—the person obtains an inspector’s approval under section 54 before carrying out the movement.
