s1 2 s4 Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 171, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Plant Protection Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Plant Protection Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 131E (Definitions for pt 17B) (1) Section 131E, definition, prescribed way , second occurring, paragraph (b)(ii), ‘(i); and’— omit, insert — ‘(i).’. (2) Section 131E, definition, prescribed way , second occurring, paragraph (b), second occurring— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Prescribed pests) Schedule 1, part 2, under the heading ‘B Viruses and viroids’, under the heading ‘viruses’— insert— ‘ Tomato yellow leaf curl virus ’.
