These regulations may be cited as the
The following are prescribed as seed for the purposes of the definition “seed” in section 4 of the
(a) the Uniwhite, Uniharvest and Unicrop cultivars of
Lupinus angustifolius L. (narrow‑leafed lupin);(b) the Weiko III cultivar of
Lupinus luetus L. (yellow lupin);(c) cultivars of —
Brassica napus (Canola);Dactylis glomerata (Cocksfoot);Ehrharta calycina (Perennial veldt grass);Lupinus albus (White lupin);Lupinus angustifolius (Narrowleaf lupin);Medicago littoralis (Strand medic);Medicago polymorpha (Burr medic);Medicago sativa (Lucerne );Medicago tornata (Disc medic);Medicago truncatula (Barrel medic);Ornithopus compressus (Serradella);Phalaris squatica (Phalaris);Pisum sativum (Field pea);Trifolium fragiferum (Strawberry clover);Trifolium hirtum (Rose clover);Trifolium repens (White clover);Trifolium subterraneum (Subterranean clover);Vicia benghalensis (Purple vetch); andX Triticosecale spp. (Triticale),
for which certification schemes are available under regulation 14(1) of the
(d) cultivars of —
Cicer arietinum (Chick peas); andVicia faba var. minor (Faba beans),
produced in that part of the State south of the 26th parallel of south latitude.

On and from the commencement day —
(a) any fees payable under a regulation repealed under regulation 137 and outstanding on the commencement day are to be regarded as payable under these regulations at the time, and in the manner, in which the fees would have been payable under the repealed regulation and may be recovered accordingly; and
(b) any expenses recoverable under a regulation repealed under regulation 137 and outstanding on the commencement day may be recovered under regulation 128.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
