An Act to amend the Plant Pests and Diseases (Eradication Funds)

Act 1974.

[Assented to 29 October 2003]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1.             Short title

This Act may be cited as the Plant Pests and Diseases

(Eradication Funds) Amendment Act 2003.

2.             Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives

the Royal Assent.

3.             The Act amended

The amendment in this Act is to the Plant Pests and Diseases

(Eradication Funds) Act 1974*.

4.             Section 18 repealed

Section 18 is repealed.
