PLANT HEALTH (FEES) REGULATIONS 2012
Regulations under the Plant Health Act 2008
These Regulations may be cited as the
Schedule 1 prescribes the fees payable under the Act.
The Chief Inspector may, if the Chief Inspector considers it appropriate, in relation to a prescribed fee:
(a) exempt payment of the fee; or
(b) waive (wholly or partly) payment of the fee; or
(c) refund (wholly or partly) the fee.
