Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to provide for an amendment in relation to plant health certificates and plant health declarations.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under sections 3(1) and 72 of the Plant Health and Plant Products Act 1995.

3. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations the Plant Health and Plant
Products Regulations 19961 are called the
Principal Regulations.

4. Plant health certificates

In regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations for
"section 6(3)" substitute 'the definition of "plant

health certificate" in section 3(1)'.

5. Plant health declarations

In regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations for
"section 6(3)" substitute 'the definition of "plant

health declaration" in section 3(1)'.
