AN ACT to amend the Plant Diseases (Registration

Fees) Act, 1941-1944.

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Plant Diseases

(Registration Fees) Act Amendment Act, 1952.

(2) The Plant Diseases (Registration Fees) Act, 1941-1944,

Act No. 33 of 1941 as amended by Act No. 9 of

1944,

is referred to in this Act as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Plant Diseases (Registration Fees) Act, 1941-1952.

amended. 2. Subsection (2) of section four of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "one shilling" where it appears in line two and also where it appears in line thirteen the words, "two shillings".
