Schedule 1 amended

2.       Schedule 1 to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is amended -

in Part A by deleting the item relating to Lupin and substituting

(a) the following item -

and

(b)	in Part B -
(i) in item 1 by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position the following -

Lupin: P l a n t s - Anthracnose (Colletotr ichum

gloeosporioides) and Fusarium Wilt (Fusarium

oxysporum f. lupini).

and

(ii)      by deleting item 51 and substituting the following item -

Entry of Lupin seed is permitted if the seed is -

(a)	approved for entry;
(b)	to be grown in post-entry quarantine;
(c)	to be screened for disease; and
(d)	to be found free from lupin attacking strains of the fungus Anthracnose
(Colletotrichum loeosporioides) and

Fusarium Wilt &usarium oxysporum
