PLANT DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 9) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Plant. Diseases Amendment

Regulations (No. 9) 1994.

Schedule 1 amended

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

2.     Schedule 1 to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is amended —

(a) in Part A in the item commencing "Citrus", in columns 2 and 3,

by deleting "50" in the two places it occurs and substituting in

each case the following —

" 50A "; and

(b) in Part B in the item commencing "50. Citrus, Fortunella and

Poncirus plants —" by deleting "50." and substituting the

following —

" 50A.
