PLANT DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 6) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases Amendment

4522 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [2 September 1994

Schedule 2 repealed and a Schedule substituted

2.      Schedule 2 to the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* is repealed and the

following Schedule substituted —

FEES

1. General inspection inside normal or shift hours

(a) At an inspection point, per 15 minute unit 12
(b) Away from an inspection point —
per 15 minute unit within 2 hours from
the commencement of the inspection

for each additional contiguous 15 minute unit beyond 2 hours for the rest of the

working period 12

PLUS an additional service charge when the inspection is more than 50 km away from an inspection point

(a) At an inspection point, per 15 minute unit 16
(b) Away from an inspection point —

per 15 minute unit within 2 hours from
