Plant Diseases Amendment Regulations

(No. 5) 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases
Amendment Regulations (NO. 5) 2003.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Plant Diseases
Regulations 1989*.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1(a) by deleting "18.00" and inserting instead " 30.75 ";
