PLANT DISEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 5) 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Plant Diseases Amendment

Regulations (No. 5) 1997.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Plant Diseases Regulations 1989* are referred to as

the principal regulations.

Regulation 9 amended

3.      Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after

“items” the following C

“ (excluding used vehicles) ”.

Schedule 1 amended

4.      Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended in Part AA after the item

relating to Soil by inserting C

(a)	in Column 1 the following C
“ Used vehicles transported by commercial carriers ”; and
(b)	in Column 2 the following C

“ C ”.
